Our technicians carried out a detailed inspection and identified a damaged gear shifter reverse spring, affecting the shifting mechanism. We also found the clutch plate assembly had burnt, requiring replacement.

The complete clutch plate assembly was replaced, the gear-shifting issue was rectified, and fresh engine oil was filled. The motorcycle was then thoroughly checked for proper gear engagement, clutch operation and smooth performance.
